Gif Pong is operated by Fusion Tech ("Gif Pong," "we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you use the Gif Pong mobile application, website, and related services collectively referred to as the "Service."

Gif Pong is a GIF-only messaging app. Users communicate by sending GIFs back and forth. Optional AI reply suggestions are available to eligible adults as described in section 4.

By using Gif Pong, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide the Service, operate messaging features, improve GIF recommendations, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations.

We collect and store your age range (13–15, 16–17, or 18 and over) to apply age eligibility and age-appropriate safety settings.

1.2 Contact and Friend Discovery Information

If you choose to allow contact discovery, we may access limited contact information from your device, such as phone numbers or email addresses, to help you find people you know on Gif Pong. Contact access is optional. You can disable contact permissions through your device settings. We do not sell your contacts.

We do not use AI features to allow text messages to be sent as chat messages. Text typed into search fields is used to search for GIFs and is not sent as a chat message.

When you search, view, or send GIFs, GIF provider services may receive information needed to provide GIF search, previews, and media delivery. This may include search terms, GIF identifiers, device or network information, and usage metadata depending on the provider integration.

3.5 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Optional AI Suggestions and Automated Companions

AI reply suggestions are optional and off by default for new and existing users. They are available only to adults aged 18 and over who enable them in the app's settings. Suggestions are available in a conversation only when every current human participant is an adult who has opted in. You can use GIF search and messaging without enabling AI suggestions.

When suggestions are enabled for an eligible conversation, GIF metadata (including titles), recent conversation context, the selected reply mode, and relationship or personality preferences may be sent to AI model or infrastructure providers to generate suggestions. Suggestions may be prepared in the background as well as when you request them. Context from an author who is under 18 or has not opted in is excluded from this processing.

You can turn AI suggestions off in settings. If any current human participant turns them off, future AI suggestion generation and access to saved suggestions stop for that conversation. Turning the setting off does not undo processing that has already occurred. The retention and privacy-request provisions elsewhere in this policy apply to previously processed information.

You choose whether to send a suggested GIF. AI suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate, and you can ignore them or search for another GIF.

Automated companions are a separate, optional feature for adults aged 18 and over and are off by default. Companion accounts are labelled as automated and operated by Gif Pong. They are software characters, not independent people. Their names, profile images and replies represent an automated persona. Messages and activity from these accounts are generated or selected by software; they do not show that a real person is interested in you or available to chat.

If you enable companions, the GIFs and context you share with them may be processed by AI providers to select or generate replies. AI suggestions in a companion conversation also require the AI-suggestions setting. You can control companions separately in the app's settings. Do not share sensitive information with an automated companion.

We may use interaction data, such as whether a recommendation was selected or ignored, to improve recommendation quality. The collection, sharing, retention and privacy-request provisions elsewhere in this policy also apply to these features.

5. Third-Party Services

Gif Pong may include or rely on third-party services, including app stores, GIF providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, AI providers, push notification services, and authentication providers. Your use of third-party app stores, devices, or external services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide Gif Pong, operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and improve the Service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.

• Account information is generally retained while your account is active.
• GIF message history may be retained so conversations remain available.
• Support communications may be retained to respond to requests and maintain records.
• Analytics and diagnostics may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form.
• Backup copies may remain for a limited period before deletion from backup systems.

7. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Gif Pong account and associated personal data.

In-App Deletion

If available, go to: Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Web or Email Deletion Request

You may also request deletion by contacting us at contact@fusiontech.sg. Use the subject line: Delete My Gif Pong Account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or compliance purposes.

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your device and account credentials secure.

11. Children

Gif Pong is not intended for children under 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Gif Pong, contact us at contact@fusiontech.sg.

12. International Users

Gif Pong may be operated from and hosted in countries different from where you live. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

13. European, UK, and Similar Privacy Rights
